2024年11月15日，联合能源集团在保加利亚的Poly-Sime 250MW光伏项目顺利完成交割。Green Profit公司、WT律所和Kinstella律所代表共同出席交割仪式。

On November 15th, 2024, United Energy Group (UEG) successfully completed the delivery of the Poly-Sime 250MW photovoltaic project in Bulgaria. Representatives from Green Profit, WT Law Firm and Kinstella Law Firm jointly attended the delivery ceremony.

该项目是中保两国目前最大的中资投资项目，计划于2025年第一季度动工，2026年第三季度实现并网发电，预计年发电量可达3.3亿度。

This project is currently the largest Chinese-funded investment project in Bulgaria. Construction is set to begin in the first quarter of 2025, with plans to achieve grid connection and commence power generation by the third quarter of 2026. The project is expected to generate up to 330 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually.

UEG will expedite the construction and operation of this project and reinforce Bulgaria’s energy security. Meanwhile, building on this initiative, UEG will proactively explore to strategically expand its clean energy operations in Bulgaria and other regions, and continuously proliferate its investment in global clean energy.
