颁奖环节，质保部李部长、生产物流部顾部长为二等奖获奖代表颁奖，公司总经理潘总为一等奖获奖代表及优秀车间颁奖。潘总对所有获奖代表表示感谢，在讲话中着重强调了全员参与质量改善的重要性以及产品外观质量的重要性，产品外观是客户的第一印象，直接关系到客户对产品的信任和认可，良好的外观质量不仅能提升产品的市场竞争力，还能有效增强客户口碑，为公司赢得更多的市场机会。顾部长也对所有获奖代表们表示了感谢，肯定了现场的这些小改小革和建议对生产的重要意义。李部长则强调了每个人在质量环节的重要性，呼吁大家用心呵护产品，对交付的产品质量负责。
