来自研发部设计仿真支持科的工程师作为第一届孵化器项目的入选者，为大家分享他的故事。
工程师H：
“目前国内外汽车空调产品推崇定制化，智能化，并且新能源车型的推广，对空调的空间尺寸、功能配置、性能指标、开发周期和成本都提出更高的要求。为了应对新时代的市场环境，我司需要研发新一代的产品来匹配日益进步的客户需要，努力在新环境下稳定地占据市场主导地位。因此我结合自己十年的空调全新开发经验，提出了我的孵化项目，旨在发明一种集成某模块化单元的空调总成，可以替代传统汽车空调产品逻辑，其产品可以应用于所有汽车客户，尤其是平台化程度高、功能配置要求多的车企，目标成为未来全球汽车空调行业内的先驱，成为新的风向标。
经过两年的研究，目前孵化项目的产品已经迭代到第四代，产品的功能与外观得到了本质的“进化”。每一代样品的评审会都得到了总经理和部长的参与，各位领导都给予了充分的肯定和资源上的支持，这种持续的专业认可让我倍感振奋，未来我们将以更饱满的热情推动项目落地，计划在2025年做更高级别的验证，尽快向市场进行推广。

The automotive HVAC sector now prioritizes customization and smart solutions, while NEV adoption intensifies demands for compact sizing and cost-effective development. To maintain competitiveness, our next-generation modular HVAC need to address these challenges through:Universal adaptability for automakers with complex platform needs;Rapid iteration via modular architecture;Cost optimization through scalable designs; Leveraging 10+ years' R&D experience, this project aims to redefine industry standards, positioning us as pioneers in intelligent HVAC solutions for next-generation vehicles.
After two years of R&D, the incubator program has evolved into its 4th-generation prototype with core advancements in functionality and design, validated through executive-led evaluations securing strategic resource commitments. Building on this momentum, we target high-tier validation by 2025 and accelerated market deployment via partnerships with NEV manufacturers, aligning with AI-driven modular innovation trends reshaping industries.
